Entered politics while a student at Edakkoli Govt. High School; Was leader, School Parliament, held different positions in KSC (M) such as College Unit President, St. Thomas College, Pala, Constituency President, State General Secretary and President; won accolades in many elocution and debate competitions; selected to M.G. University Volley ball team; won medals in arm wrestling and high jump.
